We are looking for a Senior Sales Ops to join our team. As part of the role, you will be a key strategic partner to the Global Sales team and lead advanced operational projects; support high-scale deals and accelerate the sales cycle; maintain data integrity; analyze sales metrics; lead and implement sales tools and processes to improve efficiency and productivity; collaborate with stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and MIS) to establish and optimize critical business processes; build and execute training programs to enhance field enablement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead CRM Excellence & Innovation
* Spearhead the evolution of our CRM to maximize business impact
* Design and implement innovative CRM solutions that drive efficiency & growth
* Establish global standards ensuring selling excellence Drive Sales Performance & Process Optimization
* Orchestrate seamless sales pipeline management and forecasting
* Champion automation initiatives to streamline workflows and improve productivity
* Analyze and optimize sales processes to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance team performance
* Maintain robust data integrity standards across all sales operations Foster Cross-functional Success
* Partner with sales management to identify and implement process improvements
* Align sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue potential
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for regional sales directors and team members Own Critical Sales Operations
* Establish and monitor KPIs focused on timeliness, accuracy, and quality
