Responsibilities:
Responsibility for bank and credit cards reconciliations.
Accounts Payable Management Adding new vendors, recording purchase orders, bills recording and payments processing.
Account Receivable Management Documenting contracts and adding new customers, invoices issuing and collection monitoring.
Managing bookkeeping records in a multi-entity environment including intercompany accounting and relevant reconciliations.
Performing periodical closing tasks as Month/Quarter/Annual closing Including involvement in 3rd party audit process.
Performing monthly reports to the different institutions.
Interactions with international functions as partners, vendors, customers, and others.
Performing Ad-Hoc tasks and supporting the ongoing business.
Requirements: At least five years experience as a bookkeeper in a global High-Tech company.
Certified bookkeeper (Type 1+2).
High level of English (must).
Able to adjust in a fast-paced environment, problem solver attitude and comprehensive grasp of bookkeeping cycles.
Well organized, high attention to details and readiness to take ownership of processes within the bookkeeping area.
Experience with multiple subsidiaries, foreign currencies, and business lines environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excl, PPT, Word.
Experience with NetSuite advantage.
