The Compliance Operations Associate will be responsible for implementing global and regional compliance standards and supporting the development of our Compliance Program. This role involves ensuring the effective daily operation of the compliance department, including customer service, administrative management, and general operational support. The ideal candidate will balance operational efficiency with a strong commitment to compliance standards, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
* implement the global and regional compliance infrastructure & standards and supporting the continued development and implementation of our compliance program and ethical behavior.
* Provide general operational support to the compliance division, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient execution of compliance programs and initiatives, and will assist in implementing changes and improvements based on audit results, feedback, and regulatory updates.
* Take active part in on-going projects and operations aimed at constant strengthening of the compliance infrastructure and framework and program and will be part of implementing customer-oriented solutions to make ethical business and compliance accessible.
* Primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries related to those projects, coordinate and follow up tasks and assignments. In addition, they will oversee day to day operations and communication related to IT systems in use at the compliance division.
* Responsibility for ensuring that we and our partners adhere to ethical and compliance business conduct, globally, as required by local law and regulation. ensure full adherence to standards, policies and procedures. Additionally, ensuring that the organization holds internal inspections to prevent lapse in control and regulation.
Requirements: * Degree educated in law, finance, business, or a related discipline
* MS office capabilities
* Presentation preparation and presenting skills, strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, operations, or compliance within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similar industry
* Strong interpersonal skills, team player
* English- Fluent.
