Were looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation Manager to lead end-to-end campaign execution and optimization across the customer journey. Youll play a key role in driving business impact through data -driven marketing, automation tools, and cross-team collaboration.
What Youll Do:
Campaign Management: Set up and manage automated campaigns, newsletters, user protocols, in-product and more channels across multiple products and audience segments. Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign impact, analyze results, and continuously improve performance through insights and prioritization. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, creative, content, data, and other teams to align campaigns with business goals. A/B Testing & Experimentation: Run ongoing A/B tests to optimize performance across emails and in-product touchpoints. data & Segmentation: Manage user segmentation based on user status, behavior, demographics, and product usage to deliver relevant messaging. In-Product & Landing Page: Support in-app campaigns and landing page activities to drive feature adoption and improve performance. Tool & Feature Adoption: TEST and implement new tools, features, and trends to keep our automation practices ahead of the curve.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing from a SAAS company - mandatory.
* Proven experience working with Marketing Automation platform, Braze or similar tools (e.g., Klaviyo, salesforce).
* Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnel optimization, and segmentation strategies.
* data -savvy with a solid grasp of email performance metrics and campaign analytics.
* Experience building flows and managing campaign logic is essential.
* A great communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and knows how to get things done.
* Passionate about growth, optimization, and delivering real impact through smart automation.
* A very high level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
* Familiarity with HTML is an advantage.
