Role Summary:
We are seeking a experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects with a strong focus on the hospitality and construction sectors, while also supporting projects across a range of industries.
This individual will act as the key coordinator between
architects, internal BIMLEADERS teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring efficient delivery through every project phasefrom concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Management: Lead all project phases from kickoff to final handover, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
- BIM Coordination & Integration: Ensure consistent use of BIM tools across disciplines (architecture, MEP, structural, etc.) and facilitate clash detection and coordination meetings.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the main liaison between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Multidisciplinary Oversight: Coordinate all technical and operational aspects across diverse sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, education, commercial, and residential.
- Scheduling & Reporting: Maintain detailed timelines, prepare weekly progress reports, and manage project documentation and change orders.

Requirements: - Experience: 2+ years as a Project Manager in the construction and design industry, ideally within hospitality or large-scale multidisciplinary environments.
- BIM Proficiency: Knowledge of BIM workflows, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other coordination tools.
- Technical Know-How: Understanding of architectural and engineering documentation, construction drawings, and on-site project management.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Hebrew
- Education: Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
field.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
