The Business Application Analyst is responsible for analyzing, implementing, and maintaining business applications to support organizational objectives. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to assess business needs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system functionality. The ideal candidate will have experience in business process improvement, application support, and system integration.
What will you do:
* Support strategic and operational planning, bringing expertise and experience to scaling / rapid growth challenges
* Customizing and implementing solutions in salesforce platform supporting business processes and needs.
* Gathering requirements and translating them into a clear a nd efficient process configured in salesforce and other peripheral systems.
* Understand data flow and integration between different information systems and applications.
* Working closely with key stakeholders from the different departments
* Perform as a salesforce Admin maintaining custom objects, validation rules, flows, approval processes, create reports & dashboards, and manage users, profiles, and role hierarchy.
* Gather, analyze, and use data to drive both day-to-day decision-making and long-term strategic-setting goals.
* Build dashboards and other visualization tools to clearly communicate data -led insights.
* Track contracts, application usage, and other critical aspects of business application processes.
Requirements: * Relevant academic degree Must (Industrial Engineering or Information Systems)
* 3-4+ years' of Proven ability to design and implement new processes on SFDC - Must
* Strong technical background combined with a business orientation
* Experience with Lighting, CPQ, salesforce Community significant advantage
* salesforce.com certification Must
* Design and build Dashboards on BI tool (Power BI /Tableau) - an advantage
* Experience working with ERP systems (Netsuite)
* Excellent attention to detail and highly organized with demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects
* Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
* Ability to work both independently & collaboratively within a team
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
