As we grow, were looking for a Stock Administrator to oversee and optimize the management of our global equity plans. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in building scalable processes, supporting employees worldwide, and ensuring compliance as we prepare for potential IPO readiness. The Stock Administrator will report to the Director of Global Tax and will be part of the Finance team.
What Youll Do
Equity Plan Administration:
Manage and administrate all aspects of our global equity programs, including grants, exercises, vesting and cancellations.
Maintain timely and accurate processing of equity transactions, including new grants, adjustments, and related activities.and ensure the integrity of the equity database in the equity platform.
Manage the day-to-day relationship with the Israeli trustee .
Assist in tracking performance criteria for various performance-based grants
Respond to employee inquiries regarding their stock awards and manage the Stock Teams shared mailbox.
Support broad-based educational programs and communications related to our employee equity programs and policies in conjunction with our equity administrator/broker.
Work with Legal and Tax to establish new equity plans and obtain internal or external professional advice with regard to equity matters.
Provide accurate, timely, and usable reporting to internal customers (i.e. employees, managers, Payroll and People Operations departments).
Assist in enhancing and documenting equity-related procedures, policies, and controls.
Maintain and ensure SOX and internal policy compliance.
Support internal and external audit requests.
Perform other duties and ad hoc projects and reporting as requested.
Financial and Compliance Support:
Prepare files to facilitate month-end closing processes
Provide payroll teams with equity-related tax files and support financial reporting under ASC 718 Stock-based Compensation.
Assist with the preparation of 409A valuations and other regulatory requirements.
Manage compliance reporting requirements in various jurisdictions.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees (current and former) worldwide, addressing inquiries and educating teams on equity programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, payroll, finance and legal teams to maintain seamless operations and compliance.
Special Projects: Contribute to key initiatives such as IPO readiness, equity system integrations, and ad hoc equity-related projects.
Requirements: Education:
Bachelors degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law is preferred.
Experience:
35 years of experience in equity administration or related roles is a plus.
Familiarity with global equity platforms (e.g., Carta, IBI, Shareworks) is a plus.
Skills:
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a global environment.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
