What Youll Do:
Lead Demand Gen Efforts: Own the strategy and execution of demand generation campaigns across North America and collaborate with local teams in EMEA and ANZ.
Build Full-Funnel Campaigns: Create marketing strategies that cover everything from brand awareness to lead generation and nurturing.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, Design, and more to ensure campaigns are aligned and impactful.
Create Campaigns That Work: Use channels like email, social media, search, and events to attract new leads and grow our pipeline.
Track & Optimize Performance: Use metrics like MQLs, SQLs, and ROI to measure success and tweak campaigns for better results.
Become a Product Expert: Understand the ins and outs of the product you support, including what sets it apart and what customers need.
Manage Tools & Platforms: Oversee systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Amplitude to streamline lead management and reporting.
Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or similar roles, ideally at B2B SaaS companies.
B2B Knowledge: A solid understanding of how B2B funnels work, from awareness to conversion.
Problem Solver: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and tackling challenges without a clear playbook. Youre resourceful, creative, and confident in figuring out what needs to get doneand making it happen.
Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and using data to improve results.
Great Team Player: Able to collaborate with multiple teams and keep everyone aligned, even across time zones.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Skilled at managing projects, timelines, and multiple priorities.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics is a plus.
Bonus Points: Experience with eCommerce or online marketing channels is a big advantage.
Strong Communicator: Fluent in English and great at explaining ideas clearly.
