As a Senior Systems Manager, you will have full responsibility for managing, developing, and maintaining multidisciplinary defense systems. This includes leading complex technological projects, strategic planning, managing teams and subcontractors, and integrating various engineering disciplines in advanced systems while ensuring compliance with MIL- STD requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Manage complex defense systems integrating hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity components, complying to military standards.
* Lead technological projects from requirements definition, development, and testing to final delivery, ensuring compliance with MIL- STD regulations.
* Develop and implement technological strategies tailored to defense challenges.
* Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
* Ensure cybersecurity and system protection in line with defense and military standards.
* Collaborate with defense clients, external suppliers, and subcontractors, including contract and agreement management.
* Lead environmental, reliability, and durability testing processes in compliance with MIL- STD (e.g., MIL- STD -810, MIL- STD -461).
Requirements: Mandatory Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary defense systems.
* Demonstrated ability to manage diverse technical teams and lead complex projects.
* Experience in managing subcontractors and external suppliers in the defense industry.
* Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-budget engineering projects in the fields of electricity, electronics, networking and computing.
* In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructures, Embedded systems, communications, cybersecurity, and information security.
* Strong ability to work in a dynamic, multi-interface environment. Advantages:
* Masters degree in Business Administration or Systems Engineering.
* Proven experience working with and complying with MIL- STD military standards.
* Experience with weapons systems, command and control (C2), or intelligence systems.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP).
* Active security clearance.
* Experience in leading environmental and durability testing (EMC, vibration, temperature) according to military standards.
