To support our rapid growth, we seek a Sales Operations Manager responsible for leading the day-to-day activities and performance of our Sales Operations team in EMEA.
In this role, the manager will be part of the global SalesOps team and work closely with the global counterparts, aligned with global standards and spirit. Our SalesOps team works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the right objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization, thus helping to drive overall productivity and effectiveness.

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will...
Strategically lead and develop the EMEA team (Oder Management and Field Ops) and create a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Be a central part of the recruitment processes hiring, onboarding ,training and mentoring.
Take part in onboarding and training new sales AM's , AE's and Sales Ops.
Implement and adhere to global Quote-to-Order standards, emphasizing KPI-driven excellence in SLAs, timeliness, accuracy, process consistency, and output quality.
Drive quoting process efficiency by collaborating closely with Sales teams, providing specialized Sales Operations support for complex pricing adjustments, modifications, and strategic deal structuring and managing the order fulfillment process.
Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
Work closely with sales management to evaluate the sales processes, solve bottlenecks and inconsistencies, and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.
Requirements: At least 7 years' of proven track record of successfully managing high-performing teams, with direct experience leading and developing professional performances.
10+ years of technology company experience - software subscriptions and licensing experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrating expertise in talent development, performance optimization, and strategic team leadership, with proficiency in sales operations, team management, quote-to-cash processes, order management, process optimization, reporting and dashboards
The ability to understand high-level sales strategies and business models and translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
A strong working knowledge of CPQ and CRM systems, best practices, and processes.
Proficient in advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
