We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join the Business Operations team and play a key role in scaling our revenue organization.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on orchestrating execution across teams, designing and operationalizing end-to-end workflows, and ensuring the business can scale efficiently as complexity grows.
You will work across Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Product, and Operations, owning processes, systems, and execution frameworks that support the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sale through delivery, launch, growth, and renewal.
Were looking for someone with Proven experience operating in a scaling B2B SaaS organization, deep operational thinking, high ownership, and real curiosity for systems, automation, and how technology enables scale.
What youll do
Own and evolve end-to-end revenue and customer lifecycle processes, with clear standards, ownership, and success criteria
Design, document, and maintain operational workflows that are scalable, measurable, and consistently adopted across teams
Translate business needs into system logic, automations, validations, and reporting. Working closely with other Ops and the business application team when needed.
Lead cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and rollout
Define, track, and operationalize KPIs and health metrics (usage, risk, delivery, performance), and drive visibility and accountability across the org
Own and continuously improve existing workflows, tools, and ways of working as the organization scales
Drive consistency and alignment across regions and teams, ensuring processes are followed and knowledge is shared
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in day-to-day operations, and proactively propose and implement solutions
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or CS Ops in a SaaS environment
Proven experience designing and owning cross-functional processes E2E
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, Jira, and CS tools (Planhat or similar)
Strong analytical and structuring skills: ability to turn ambiguity into clear processes, logic, and decisions
High ownership, execution mindset, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
Excellent communication skills - comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, positive energy, and a pragmatic approach
