As the Courier experience associate for our company Israels courier community, you will be the key link between our company and the couriers who power our operations. Your mission is to design and implement initiatives that ensure couriers feel supported, valued, and empowered. You will focus on enhancing their experience at every touchpoint, fostering engagement, and building a strong sense of community.
Key ResponsibilitiesCourier Experience Enhancement
Design and execute initiatives that improve the overall courier experience, ensuring their needs are met both online and offline.
Regularly gather feedback from couriers to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and develop solutions that make the courier journey seamless and enjoyable.
Community Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with the courier community through regular communication and engagement initiatives.
Actively gather feedback from couriers and represent their voices within the company to help improve their experience.
Develop and manage channels for two-way communication, such as newsletters, social media groups, and forums.
Actively celebrate the contributions of couriers and share stories that highlight their impact.
Events & Recognition
Plan and execute community-building events, such as meetups, workshops, or appreciation events, to foster a sense of community.
Advocacy & Support
Act as the first point of contact for courier concerns, escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary.
Empower couriers to promote a positive and supportive community culture.
Insights & Reporting
Monitor key metrics related to courier engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Provide actionable insights to internal teams to continuously optimize and enhance the courier experience.
Requirements: Experience:
2+ years in community management, engagement, or related roles.
Experience working with gig economy workers, delivery services, or in a similar operational environment is a significant plus.
Skills:
Exceptional communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to plan and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools such as Slack, WhatsApp, and email platforms.
