Responsibilities:
* Assisting in preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements according to US GAAP.
* Provide ongoing support and assistance to the controllership team.
* Collaborate with treasury on cash flow forecasting and planning.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Monitor, review and ensure timely payment to vendors.

Position Summary:
The Country QA / QC Lead is the primary quality authority on the ground in India for the semiconductor fab EPC project.
The role spans all project phases - procurement, off-site fabrication, on-site installation, and commissioning - and is responsible for executing the project QA / QC program under the direction of the Company Quality Manager based in Israel.
This is a senior field role requiring strong technical judgment, team leadership, and direct engagement with suppliers, subcontractors, and the site construction team.
Scope of Delivery Covered The Country QA / QC Lead is responsible for quality oversight across the full mechanical scope, including: Exhaust ductwork - FRP, Galvanized Steel, and Stainless Steel Wet and dry scrubbers Regenerative Catalytic Thermal Oxidizers (RCTO) Exhaust fans and associated mechanical equipment ASME B31.3 piping - metallic and non-metallic High-purity piping systems (electropolished SS, PVDF, and similar) Non-high-purity piping systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Phase Review and approve supplier/subcontractor.
Quality Plans, ITPs, and WPS/PQRs prior to fabrication start Conduct or coordinate vendor qualification visits to local and regional fabricators. Verify material certifications, mill certs, and traceability records against project specifications.
Track and manage supplier documentation submittals and RFI/NCR responses.
Coordinate with the Company Quality Manager on vendor approval status and risk items Off-Site Fabrication Witness fabrication.
Hold Points per ITP at supplier shops in India.
Monitor welding inspectors for correct inspection of welds, joints, surface finishes, and dimensional compliance for ductwork and piping spools. Enforce cleanliness and contamination control protocols for high-purity components Issue, track, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) at fabrication facilities.
Verify packing, preservation, and transportation requirements for sensitive items.
On-Site Installation Supervise and coordinate all in-country inspectors (welding, mechanical, leak testing, clean room).
Witness installation hold points - fit-up, weld inspection, pressure/leak testing, torque verification.
Monitor compliance with ASME B31.3 requirements for both metallic and non-metallic piping.
Enforce high-purity installation protocols including flushing, purging, and contamination prevention Manage the site NCR log, punch lists, and corrective action follow-up.
Review and approve field weld documentation, TEST records, and redline markups.
Commissioning Support Verify final documentation packages (MDRs) are complete and signed off.
Support handover activities and client quality acceptance.
Reporting and Administration Issue weekly quality status reports to the Company Quality Manager.
Maintain the site QA / QC register, ITP status tracker, and document control log.
Coordinate with the on-site Admin/Documentation Controller for document flow.
Attend site coordination meetings and represent quality on construction progress calls.

Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspection across all components using a wide variety of all applicable tools and equipment such as magnifying lamp, microscope, ensure conformance with design specifications.

Perform in process and final functional testing of medical device products.

Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records and may enter information into electronic applicable system.

Perform verification of manufacturing documents with component and device drawings, which may include Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing methodologies.

May control inventory to ensure appropriate storage conditions and movement.

As an R&D Engineer, Provides expertise in the optimization of product development for the Innovalve delivery system and accessories.

Design and Development: Design, analyze, and develop components and processes that meet stringent quality, performance, and regulatory requirements.

Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues that arise during development and clinical trials.

Custom Solutions: Develop tailored solutions for unique design challenges and clinical requirements

Lead and perform product investigations for returned products and complaint samples, including hands-on functional evaluation, data collection and custom testing setup development.

Analyze investigation data to determine probable root cause and contributing factors using structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 5-Why, Fishbone).

Prepare clear technical summary reports and present investigation results to cross-functional teams; track actions to closure.

Work closely with Quality Assurance to support complaint handling workflows, ensure investigation documentation is complete, and align on conclusions and next steps.

Follow up on complaints arising from clinical cases (e.g., case questions, device performance observations) and provide timely technical input to R&D, QA and Clinical Development teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and implement corrective actions addressing issues identified through investigations.

Support change management activities (e.g., ECOs) and contribute to risk management updates as needed based on investigation learnings.

How you'll make an impact:

Managing the recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies in Israel.

Partner with hiring managers to set recruitment process planning and expectations (key requirements and competencies, sourcing strategy, recruitment strategy etc.).

Open and post vacancies in the internal Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and other job boards.

Develop multiple talent sourcing options for both active and passive candidates, utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates (e.g., cold calling, job boards, advertising, database and internet searches, and networking and referrals).

Manage relationship with recruitment agencies to make sure our needs have been clearly identified and met.
