We are looking for a Learning Lead for the L&D Department. The L&D Department is seeking a Learning Lead to lead the learning and training domain within the Audit practice, in close business partnership with the professional leadership and in accordance with global standards and requirements.
About the role:
* End-to-end leadership of learning and professional development
* Design, management, and budgeting of the annual learning program
* Ongoing management and monitoring of planning versus execution of the learning program and budget
* Ongoing work and interfaces with partners, managers, and professional stakeholders
* Responsibility for distribution, implementation, and monitoring of mandatory trainings in accordance with global requirements
* Management of controls, regulatory requirements, and compliance with global standards
* Responsibility for the operation of learning systems and platforms and external courses
* Partnership in cross-organizational projects in the field of learning and professional development

Requirements: * Relevant bachelors degree - mandatory
* At least 2-3 years of experience in the learning and development field - mandatory
* Experience in managing learning programs, monitoring, and control - mandatory
* Familiarity with working in a regulatory or professional environment - mandatory
* Experience working with LMS systems - advantage
* Previous experience in a financial or professional organization - advantage
* High level of English (ongoing work with global materials and requirements)
* Analytical thinking and ability to work with data, reports, and complex systems
* Ability to work independently alongside teamwork and multiple collaborations
* Assertiveness, ability to work with senior stakeholders, and manage interfaces
* Strong organizational skills, responsibility, initiative, and ability to work under pressure
