We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Marketing Director to spearhead our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and drive our marketing initiatives to the next level. Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and oversee the execution of the company’s GTM strategy to maximize market impact and revenue growth.
* Lead the development and management of engaging, high-quality content across various platforms to support marketing goals.
* Plan, manage, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across all digital and traditional platforms.
* Oversee the management and optimization of the company website and HubSpot platform to enhance user experience and lead generation.
* Drive and coordinate all marketing aspects of product release to market, ensuring successful launches and sustained engagement.
* Initiate and support regional sales initiatives to drive pipeline growth and achieve sales objectives.
* Collaborate with regional partners to design and execute joint marketing campaigns, strengthening partner relationships and expanding market reach.
* Oversee and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials and services.
Requirements: * Proven experience (at least 3 years) in B2B marketing management roles in the hi-tech sector
* English mother tongue level, excellent content creation skills
* Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including HubSpot and website management.
* Demonstrated ability to implement GTM strategies and drive successful marketing campaigns.
* Hands-on approach with excellent project management and multitasking skills.
* Experience managing and collaborating with subcontractors and external partners.
* Background in telecommunications or a technical field is a significant advantage.
* Exceptional communication skills.
