Main responsibilities include:
* End to end support to the HRBPs team, from onboarding to offboarding for operational and general HR Services:
* Manage onboarding for new hires for the teams
* Employment and Personal Status Changes: Manage and process changes in employment status (e.g., percentage of employment, transitions between temporary/student and full-time roles), employment terminations (accurate system updates and document production), and personal status changes (e.g., birth, marriage), serving as the focal point for employees.
* Leave Management: Long leave- MLOA (presents, communication), LOA- period updates, letters production, Finance update
* Compensation Adjustments: Manage OOC compensation processes, including salary updates, one-time payments, and promotions. Oversee the workflow initiation in the HR system and monitor the approval process.
* Leased Car Documentation: Manage all required paperwork related to company-provided leased cars for employees Manage the day-to-day operation of the HR system - ownership of system workflows and makes changes/recommendations as needed, managing permissions and system access for HR services users
* People Service Center: provide support for ongoing employee needs
* HR system Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the HR system, ensuring workflows are functioning smoothly, making recommendations for improvements, and managing user permissions and system access. Support HRBP with system reports requirement.
* Proactivity improve and investigate HR process and HR records - continuously seek opportunities to enhance HR processes and systems by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements
* Manage HR department procurement processes
* Support HR cross org processes- Performance review, Merit, LMS activities
* Audit & Compliance Support: Assist in audits and government surveys, ensuring all HR data and systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
* SOX Compliance: Ensure HR system processes and workflows comply with SOX requirements and internal controls.
Requirements: * data processing and analysis capabilities - Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
* Understanding of HR systems and processes.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated & Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent communication skills English and Hebrew.
