We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to shape and execute innovative people strategies that align with our business objectives. In this role, youll be the key advisor to senior leadership, working at the intersection of talent management, performance, and organizational development. You'll assess evolving business needs and translate them into actionable, forward-thinking HR plans across talent acquisition, leadership capability, compensation, and career development.
What you'll be spending time of?
Develop strategic people plans and goals aligned with business objectives, leveraging insights from business plans and data analysis.
Assess organizational needs related to talent acquisition, performance management, and career development.
Lead and execute organizational changes within the business unit, consulting with regional People Services team for local compliance and risk mitigation.
Participate in accountability routines to check aligned goals and gather insights into the health of the organization, making data-driven decisions.
Act as a central point of contact for global stakeholders and specialized HR teams (e.g., Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, L&D), facilitating two-way dialogue and collaboration.
Attend and contribute to business mechanisms including monthly and quarterly business reviews, as well as annual planning sessions and OKR construction.
Collaborate effectively across multiple regions to support each business unit, ensuring alignment with diverse perspectives and local nuances.
Conduct regular 1:1s with leaders and direct reports, and actively participate in leaders staff meetings to stay informed and engaged.
Facilitate clarity and action within the organization by ensuring goals, roles, and processes are clearly defined, and follow up on timelines and next steps.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a business partner role.
Proven experience supporting global leaders in large multinational companies (1,000+ employees).
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
