We Need You!
As a DevOps Engineer, your work will have a direct impact on development processes across the entire R&D organization.
You will help lead our Infrastructure, SRE, CI/CD, Security, and Scale/Performance efforts.
You will take a leading role in defining and designing these systems, all to enable our FullStack and data teams to be as independent and successful as possible.
At our company, the DevOps team doesn't manage all of our services on their own they build the tools and guidance so our Development teams can own them end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take an active role in the DevOps engineering team that focuses on all aspects of CI/CD infrastructure, GitOps full automation, and operational metrics to ensure the highest productivity for our Cloud engineering infrastructure.
* Lead the design and delivery of software and infrastructure to improve the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our services.
* Design, develop, and maintain our core platform and CI/CD infrastructure and our development environments.
* Manage cloud security principles and define best practices.
* Build, configure, and tune highly available and fault-tolerant Container Clusters and K8s infrastructures.
* Take an active role in defining the teams roadmap.
* Develop automation to support our orchestration and application deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Play a vital role in establishing and maintaining ongoing relationships with vendors and strategic partners, ensuring the continuing growth, and maximizing these relationships to drive mutual success and achieve our business goals.
* Partner Meetings and Communication: Schedule regular meetings and sync-ups with partners to discuss updates, address concerns, and align on strategic objectives.
* Proactively identify opportunities and trends within the market or industry that can benefit both sides. Collaborate with partners to explore and pursue these opportunities.
* Continuously assess and enhance our product or service offerings based on partner feedback, market insights, and competitive analysis. Work closely with internal teams to implement necessary improvements.
* Conduct regular competitive landscape analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. Based on this information, we develop strategies and initiatives to differentiate our offerings and enhance our competitive position.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:
* Part-time role (70% Position), requiring flexible availability to meet recruitment demands.
* Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and providing feedback.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
* Foster a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication.
* Partner with HR to ensure seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
* Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
* Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to refine and improve processes.
