What Youll Be Doing:
Identify and lead data science initiatives to solve business challenges drive strategic growth and implement advanced predictive models to analyze customer behavior, forecast lifetime value, and identify actionable opportunities
Use statistical and machine learning techniques to optimize marketing, personalize customer experiences, and enhance segmentation frameworks for targeted marketing efforts
Develop attribution models to measure the impact of marketing channels on conversions
Conduct time series modeling to forecast revenue and analyze business trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate data insights into actionable recommendations
Build scalable solutions for large-scale datasets and ensure models are production-ready
Continuously explore and implement emerging data science techniques and best practices to drive innovation.
Requirements: 5+ years in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects
Masters or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics)
Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is an advantage
Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Proficiency in machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and wor
Experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or similar tools
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Data, Product, Marketing, and Engineering
