We are looking for a Global Program Marketing Manager that will lead the planning, and execution of marketing programs that drive global brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. This role requires a creative, data-driven marketer who can design and deliver impactful campaigns across diverse markets, ensuring alignment with Neemas mission and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Campaign Planning and Execution:
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, and content marketing.
Collaborate with sales and other cross-functional teams to identify key markets, audience segments, and growth opportunities.
Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve measurable results.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Monitor performance metrics to assess impact and optimize campaigns.
Leverage analytics tools to gain insights and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Market Trends and Competitive Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in program or campaign marketing, with a focus on global or multi-regional campaigns.
Proven track record of managing successful marketing programs that drive measurable results.
Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing channels and tools, including Events, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and analytics.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across time zones and cultures.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making.
Familiarity with the fintech or financial services industry is a plus.
