We are looking for a Subsidiaries Assistant Controller to join our team (Maternity leave replacement).
Responsibilities:
* Full responsibility on all day-to-day financial activities in SolarEdge’s subsidiaries
* Work closely with subsidiaries in the group, provide support and guidelines
* Reviewing monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes of SolarEdge’s subsidiaries
* Preparing financial analysis for quarterly and annual reports
* Manage intercompany reconciliations
* Oversee daily operations of the subsidiaries' financials
* Controlling periodical general ledger reconciliations
* Assisting with transfer pricing and ongoing tax matters
* Ensure compliance with internal reporting requirements
* Working with corporate staff
* Ad-Hoc tasks and projects

* Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and statements
* Work requires willingness to work a flexible and extensive hours
* Fluent English
