In this role, you will be responsible for:
Primary responsibility is user support and service. Respond to help desk calls, online submittals, walk-ins, and emails in a timely manner. Document help desk resolutions and follow up with users to ensure the resolution is satisfactory.
Assist users with account logins, password resets, VPN connections, FW permissions, server access, certificates & more.
Setup, install, and configure new computers, networks, and software (Windows and Mac)
Responsible for the Onboarding and Offboarding processes in IL site (part of a team)
Support Micrososft AD and 3rd party applications and platforms (Google Workspace, Office 365, JumpCloud, Zoom etc.)
Support hardware problems (printers, projectors, peripherals, etc.).
Working with vendors (Orders, support, licensing)
Create and follow standard IT procedures.
Requirements: At least 3 years of proven experience as IT Support role.
Experience supporting Windows, Mac - Must
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
Self-motivated and independent.
Experience with Micrososft Active Directory, Google Workspace, Micrososft 365 a must.
Self-ability to diagnose, deal and resolve basic technical issues.
Experience working under information security regulation and IT protocols.
At least 1 year of proven experience with management, operation, and maintenance of Network and/or cyber protection products (FW, edr/xdr, dlp, etc.).
Extensive knowledge & experience in installation and distribution of Microsoft OS, AD management, GPO, and PowerShell, etc
Knowledge and experience with networking, Switches, VLANs, APs, etc.
Very good English skills.
An advantage: Familiarity with Linux, VmWare, PaloAlto, Cato Networks, JumpCloud, XDR.
Experience administrating SaaS applications such as Slack, zoom, Adobe, docusign and more.
Experience with Conference rooms systems such as Zoom rooms.
Experience with scripting - PowerShell or other - advantage
One year of cloud experience working with AWS - advantage.
