What Youll Be Doing
As a Marketing Analyst, youll lead the analytical efforts to optimize Neemas marketing campaigns and strategies. Youll work at the intersection of data and marketing, collaborating closely with the marketing team and the broader data organization to drive insights, build key performance-tracking systems, and make data-driven decisions that impact growth.
Analyze and Optimize Campaign Performance:
Evaluate the performance of marketing channels, campaigns, and user funnels.
Run A/B tests and analyze results to recommend optimizations.
Measure ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
Build Data-Driven Tools and Insights:
Partner with BI and data engineering teams to build robust marketing data models on Snowflake.
Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau or other BI tools to monitor KPIs such as MEL, MQL, and pipeline metrics.
Track and analyze customer journeys, campaign conversions, and channel effectiveness.
Marketing Operations & Data Modeling:
Support the implementation and maintenance of marketing operations platforms like Segment.io.
Define table schemes and pipelines to transform raw data into actionable insights.
Drive campaign attribution and forecasting models.
Collaboration and Strategic Input:
Collaborate with marketing, growth, and creative teams to identify optimization opportunities.
Provide clear, proactive insights to improve marketing efficiency and conversions.
Share findings with leadership to influence strategic decisions.
Requirements: 2+ years as a Marketing Analyst, ideally in a fintech, B2C, or mobile app company.
Hands-on experience with SQL (a must).
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel (an advantage).
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and building dashboards (an advantage).
Exposure to marketing operations platforms like Segment.io (an advantage).
Skills:
Strong analytical mindset with a knack for uncovering actionable insights.
Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and performance optimization.
Ability to transform raw data into clear insights and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Solid understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution models, and customer journey analysis.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative field.
