We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and data-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive success for key accounts. Key Responsibilities:

Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Monitor account health to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to revenue growth
Strategic Insights: Use tools such as Tableau to analyze performance, identify trends, and craft actionable, data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with Business Analysts and internal teams to amplify insights and ensure measurable outcomes.
Customer Advocacy: Serve as the customers voice internally to influence product development and roadmap priorities, ensuring their needs are addressed.
Training & Enablement: Support onboarding by collaborating with Implementation Managers to align on success metrics. Deliver tailored training sessions on our console and tools, empowering customers to leverage data-driven insights, unlock actionable strategies, and achieve maximum value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with Product, Sales, R&D, and Marketing teams to ensure customer needs are understood and addressed effectively. Work as part of a team to facilitate seamless execution, resolve challenges, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Executive Business Reviews (EBRs): Lead regular EBRs, presenting data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to showcase our impact, align on goals, and identify growth opportunities.
Proof of Values (POVs): Oversee the execution of POVs, ensuring alignment with customer goals and success criteria. Support conversion efforts by providing strategic insights and showcasing our value proposition.

Were looking for a highly motivated Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The bookkeeper will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and financial transactions of our Israeli site. The holder of this position must be a responsible, independent professional Bookkeeper, a team player who can work in a fast-growing Company and able to deliver on strict timelines.

Responsibilities:
AP cycle management: record bills, prepare payments and reconciliations.
Continuous communication with vendors
Month-end close process: prepare the trial balance and working papers for the monthly closing of the company books
Perform general finance duties and ad-hoc special projects.

What You Will Be Doing:
Providing deep technical support to our PCIE/CXL IP customers during their ASIC development cycles : from arch definition to silicon bring-up and production phases.
Collaborating directly with PCIE digital teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
Utilizing your expertise in test and debug instrumentation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of high-speed electronics.
Interpreting and simulating Verilog/RTL to support the design and verification processes.
Developing deep dive PCIE/CXL specification level expertise in order to provide best in class support to our leading edge customers.
Ensuring customer success by providing timely and effective technical support.

You will be part of a dedicated team of engineers focused on ensuring customer success by providing deep technical support during all ASIC design cycles : from arch definition to silicon bring-up and production phases. You will be part of diverse team with engineers located in different geographic like : Israel, India, Portugal, Germany, Ireland. You will collaborate with engineering functions located all over the globe.

Our team collaborates closely with different organization functions like program management, sale and digital teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, driving the continuous innovation and reliability of our PCIE IP products.
