We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer with deep expertise in infrastructure and cloud-native systems, a passion for designing scalable solutions, and strategic leadership in advancing platform engineering. You will play a crucial role in designing, building, and optimizing mission-critical systems for high-scale deployments using the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and optimization of core infrastructure solutions that support our high-scale, cloud-native environment on AWS.
Drive and manage production-grade deployments using Kubernetes, Crossplane, ArgoCD, Helm, Kafka, VictoriaMetrics, MongoDB, and more.
Develop and implement CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) principles to streamline and scale our cloud-based production systems.
Spearhead initiatives for production stability, availability, and reliability (SRE) using observability tools such as OpenTelemetry (Otel), Coralogix, and Grafana.
Architect, configure, and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability tools for troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentoring and guiding peers to implement best practices in platform engineering and DevOps.
Requirements: Required Skills and Experience:
For all applicants:
Deep expertise in Cloud-Native Technologies: Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines in large-scale production environments.
Programming Proficiency: Experience with compiled or dynamic languages such as Go, Java, C#, and JavaScript.
Deep expertise in Kubernetes: Experience in Kubernetes and a deep understanding of its workings.
Production and Performance Optimization: A solid understanding of web/application servers like Nginx and NodeJS is beneficial.
CI/CD and IaC: Strong experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD or Flux and CI servers (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to architect, implement, and scale infrastructure and platforms in high-growth SaaS environments.
Prior experience with advanced SRE practices, including monitoring, observability, and incident management in a microservices architecture.
Familiarity with design patterns and the development of internal tools or CLI applications for platform engineering.
