You'll lead everything from content strategy to execution, storytelling, creative production, and daily engagement, all while working closely with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do
* Manage and operate all of Mamis social media channels end-to-end.
* Identify trends, capture the momentum, and keep Mamis content fresh, fun, and culturally relevant.
* Create marketing content including photos, videos, stories, and copywriting that reflects Mamis tone and community.
* Own the creative planning for ads, stories, and brand moments across platforms.
* Lead campaign production from planning and shooting to editing and publishing.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Content) to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
* Analyze performance across channels to optimize strategy and refine content.
Requirements: * Proven experience managing social media accounts ( instagram, TikTok, etc.) in a B2C or Ecommerce sector.
* Ability to generate fresh, creative ideas and turn them into high-quality, on-brand content with strong copywriting skills.
* Deep familiarity with social media trends, formats, and platform culture.
* Strong skills in shooting, editing, and creating UGC-style stories.
* Experience in tracking, running, and optimizing paid social campaigns.
* Strong initiative, independence, and a get-it-done mindset.
* Experience with design and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut, etc.).
* Experience working with AI tools for content creation - big plus.
