The Tech Program Manager will be responsible for the following:
Responsible for planning, executing, and communicating status and health of strategic technical programs and projects, while cascading corporates priorit.
Coordinate and oversee all cross-functional aspects of the initiatives and main roadmap items, ensuring that it meets its objectives on time.
Define projects scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with cross-company stakeholders: Product Managers, R&D, Operations, Marketing, Business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
Work closely with senior management to ensure objectives are clear and outcomes are measurable and derive from corporate priorities, OKRs and targets while holding full accountability.
Consolidate data concisely and accurately to help senior leadership members make holistic and data-driven decisions.
Ensure clear and trackable KPIs are defined, covering both operational levers and financial outcomes.
Manage and understand dependencies, risks, effort estimations, and cross-functional implications.
Hold a high degree of familiarity with project management methodology.
Track and resolve conflicts.
Requirements: We are seeking an individual who excels not only in traditional tech project management skills but also in strategic thinking and leadership. This role requires a keen ability to perceive the business impact of
projects and ask insightful questions to drive decision-making at all levels. The ideal candidate will seamlessly bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that each initiative aligns with our broader business goals.
At least 6 years of proven experience in managing and driving cross-company initiatives, in a global and tech environment.
Strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to view projects from a high-level perspective and align them with broader business objectives.
Natural leadership skills, adept at guiding both teams and complex procedures to achieve desired outcomes.
Experience with cross-functional management, working with R&D, Data, Product, Compliance, Operations, Legal, and Risk, including senior leadership.
Planning and risk management experience.
Sharp presentation skills.
Familiarity with agile methodology.
Fluency in English, written and verbal.
