You will be responsible for:

Manage ongoing communication with customers, and deliver timely support via email to ensure the resolution of inquiries and concerns.

Manage customers bank accounts and validate their accuracy, and reconciliation process.

Provide comprehensive product support, assist customers with inquiries on using our platform, and troubleshooting.

Handle customer professional questions and work closely with the Customer Support team.

Provide feedback to the Product team and support building and improving our product.

Responsibilities:
Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges, and articulate how our solutions can address these effectively.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the company`s platform.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the decision-making process and addressing any questions or concerns.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer success team for onboarding.
Provide detailed information and guidance to prospects on how to fully utilize the company`s platform to meet their financial management needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in both sales and accounting to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Architect, design, and implement full stack web applications using modern technologies and best practices.
Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.
Prototyping and Experimentation: Conduct experiments and build POCs to test new technologies and concepts, evaluating their feasibility, scalability, and impact.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to architecture, design, and implementation details to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing.

Company's ISO will be responsible for writing and reviewing the organizational information security management framework, such as policies, procedures, and work plans.
Consulting regarding relevant solutions and products, as well as improvement and development of the field.
Project management of examination and implementation of new information security products and characterization of information security solutions for related projects.
Advice on compliance with the law and regulation on privacy and cyber protection issues, as well as conducting information security and privacy protection surveys.
Conducting surveys and accompanying ISO 27001 compliance, focused on all aspects of CyberSecurity within Application (AppSec), Infrastructure (DevSec), GRC, SIEM / SOC and incident response, IT security.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, Update, and Maintain a Cybersecurity strategy.
* Manage a risk-based cybersecurity program to continually secure corporate IP, technology, information, computer systems, networks, and data.
* Provide guidance of proposed cybersecurity best practices to the different business functions.
* Develop a comprehensive CyberSecurity Guidance, Processes and Procedures based on industry standards.
* Remain informed on trends and issues in the security industry, including current and emerging technologies and regulatory and compliance issues. Advise, counsel, and educate executive and management teams on their relative importance.
* The position reports to CISO.
