We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Procurement.
This is a unique opportunity to establish and build our first ever procurement function from the ground up, developing purchasing strategies, optimizing vendor management, driving cost efficiencies, and supporting our global purchasing operations as the company continues to scale.
This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director of Finance.
Responsibilities:
Build, lead and own our global procurement function P2P
Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and best practices
Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and renewal processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across the organization
Build and maintain strong relationships with global vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Negotiate contracts, pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms to optimize cost and value
Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for procurement optimization
Manage procurement systems, purchasing workflows, and approval processes
Monitor purchasing budgets, spending trends, and procurement KPIs.
Requirements: 7+ years of experience managing and leading P2P processes as an individual contributor
Previous experience in a global high-tech or SaaS company
Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and vendor contracts
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Experience with procurement and ERP systems (Priority advantage)
Fluent English and Hebrew - both written and spoken
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other related field
High level of ownership, accountability, and execution capabilities
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to support data-driven decision-making
Organizational and project management skills
