Responsibilites:
This is a full-time Remote role for a team lead.
* The team lead will be responsible for leading R&D projects.
* Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team.
* Define technical requirements, architecture, and project roadmaps.
* Oversee design, development, and deployment of software projects.
* Implement modern web security practices and leverage AI for workflow optimization.
* Manage workflows using tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitLab.
Requirements: 6+ years in software development or technical leadership roles. Proven track record in leading and delivering complex projects.
* frontend: Material Design, Bootstrap, Angular/ React, TypeScript.
* backendgreenTxtBg!: NestJS, relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
* Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform, OOP, OOD, DDD, Microservices, SOLID principles.
* Web Security: Secure coding, threat modeling, vulnerability management.
* AI: Familiarity with AI technologies and prompt engineering.
