We are seeking a Senior Content Designer to join our wallet project, where you will have a direct impact on shaping user experiences for millions of customers globally. You will lead the content design for key features and work closely with product, design, and research teams to ensure content is clear and consistent, and aligns with user needs and business goals.
In this role, you'll take ownership of content across various wallet touchpointsfrom onboarding to transactional messagingensuring its customer-centric and aligns with WCAG accessibility standards. You'll collaborate with the content design team in Seattle to maintain high content standards, including tone of voice and messaging guidelines, while also working closely with our localization team to ensure content resonates with global audiences. This role is hybrid, based in Tel Aviv or London, and requires proficiency in English for effective communication across teams.
You Will:
1. Lead the UX content design for critical features and ongoing improvements within the SoV project. Ensure clear, and customer-friendly content that reflects our voice and tone, promoting customer trust and loyalty. Your content will be accessible, concise, on-brand, and easy to localize, ensuring a seamless experience across platforms. You'll also ensure that transactional communications (SMS, push, email) are effective and support users in creating and tracking their transfers.
2. Collaborate with the content design team, primarily based in Seattle, to ensure consistency in messaging and terminology across the SoV project. Contribute to team critiques and actively participate in fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Support the development and maintenance of content design guidelines and expansion of the content design system to ensure consistent messaging and tone across the wallet and other projects the team supports.
3. Establish evidence-based terminology guidelines and content patterns, and own the measurement and optimization of UX content quality for the SoV space.
4. Establish content principles for your product areas and use them to make effective content decisions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
Product Design: Collaborate with product designers to define user flows and determine the optimal components, ensuring that content and design work together to enhance the wallet user experience.
UX Research: Collaborate with UX researchers to develop user studies. Integrate user feedback, data insights, and testing into content decisions.
Product Management: Work closely with product managers to refine requirements and lead content A/B experiments to optimize the user experience.
Engineering: Ensure content is accurately implemented and reflects the intended user experience.
Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure content aligns with messaging frameworks and is reflected effectively in the SoV user experience.
Compliance and Legal: Ensure content is compliant with international regulations, maintaining integrity across all markets.
Requirements: You Have:
5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or related fields, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating content for complex user flows and scenarios. In your portfolio, it will be great to include a case study of a project that didn't go as planned, highlighting how you handled challenges and setbacks, and how you sought feedback and adjusted along the way.
Proven experience working on global products and understanding the localization process, ensuring content resonates with diverse audiences.
Familiarity with UX product accessibility best practices to ensure content is inclusive and meets all accessibility standards.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including Product Design, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Localization, to create cohesive, user-centered content strategies.
