Position Overview:
As the VP of Brand Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand's media relations, influencers, and talent campaigns. This managerial role requires leadership over a dedicated marketing team, as well as collaboration with external agencies. Your expertise will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships, crafting strategic communication plans, and driving the brand message across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire an internal team of experts to achieve key performance goals.
Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring they align with brand strategies and deliver on set objectives.
Collaborate closely with the CMO and other departments to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
Manage the department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation and efficient use of resources.
Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies that elevate the brand's presence across key channels.
Manage and cultivate relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and other media professionals.
Identify, engage, and manage partnerships with influencers and talents that align with the brand's values and objectives.
Develop and oversee influencer campaigns from conception to execution.
Measure the impact and ROI of influencer collaborations and continuously optimize strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and presence across all touchpoints.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements: Native English speaker
A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing media relations and influencer campaigns for B2C brands.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in team management, preferably having led both internal teams and external agencies.
Strong understanding of the digital landscape, especially in the realms of influencer marketing and media relations.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms relevant to the role.
Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and drive results.
