Develop and execute localized marketing strategies aligned with global vision.
Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns including content creation, social media, influencer marketing, and paid media.
Manage community engagement build meaningful connections with users (expectant mothers), and inform product development.
Support sales efforts with marketing assets, lead generation activities, and customer engagement programs.
Track and analyze performance metrics, optimizing marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Manage projects break down complex initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely execution.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, media partners, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Build and optimize e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless online customer journey.
Plan and execute industry events and exhibitions manage logistics, content, and partnerships.
Requirements: 6+ years of marketing experience in Med-Tech, healthcare, wellness tech, or digital health (B2B & B2C).
Native-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, with superb verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience in social media and community management, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
Strong project management skills ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders.
Experience working directly with healthcare professionals, influencers, and end-users.
Strong analytical skills experience using data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global startup environment.
