Required Admissions Coordinator

We are a leading gap year program for Jewish young adults from around the world, offering participants the opportunity to live independently in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem while experiencing internships, volunteering, travel, Hebrew learning, and immersive Jewish and Israeli experiences. Our mission is to help young Jews build a deep, personal connection to Israel and their Jewish identity.
We are seeking a passionate and driven Admissions Coordinator to join our team and help grow the next generation of our participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to leads and inquiries (within 24 hours).
Convert leads into sign-ups while ensuring applicants are a good fit for the program.
Generate new leads through outreach and creative strategies.
Maintain relationships with applicants and their families from initial contact until arrival in Israel.
Guide applicants and parents through the admissions process and ensure timely completion of applications.
Cultivate partnerships in the Jewish community, including with Masa reps, guidance counselors, and other influencers.
Represent us at recruitment events and fairs, both in Israel and internationally.
Plan and execute recruitment trips abroad, including follow-up.
Maintain an active and engaging presence on social media platforms.
Seek and create PR opportunities to promote the program.
Engage regularly with current students and staff.
Strengthen alumni relations and involve alumni in recruitment efforts.
Consistently promote a positive image of us.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization as needed.
Success in this role will be measured by the number of students who enroll and attend the program.
The ultimate goal is to increase enrollment with motivated, qualified participants who will thrive in the experience.
