We seek a hands-on, highly skilled, and experienced MacOS IT system administrator.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding, offboarding, endpoint management for MacOS devices, Networking and Video conferencing infrastructure, and Firewall administration and setup on-site. Additionally, they will collaborate on IT initiatives to support our business growth and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Manage a fleet of MacOS endpoints using Jamf MDM
Main point of contact for helpdesk support during office hours in Tel Aviv using JIRA helpdesk ticketing
Onboarding and offboarding for devices and cloud service accounts following compliance guidelines and security policies
Setup and Manage on-prem infrastructure for Zoom rooms, printers
Configure and triage physical and virtual networks, switches, APs, and firewalls
Provide support for firewall management and maintenance
Track assets, respond to device loss, and order new devices as needed
Collaborate with the IT management team in Boston and implement policies and guidelines.
Requirements: Knowledge and Experience with MacOS administration
Helpdesk experience, experience onboarding, and supporting devices
Collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience/Familiarity with video conferencing solutions setup and maintenance using Zoom
Familiarity with Networking fundamentals, administration of Firewalls
3+ years of system administration experience preferred

Experience with IAM Policy manifests Bash, Google Workspace, Meraki, ZTNA and IDP SSO and integrations (SAML/OIDC)
Strong experience with networking- palo-alto/fortinet or cisco firewalls
Familiarity with OSX and Linux command prompt and utilities
SOC-2 audit process.
