As an People Operations Partner You will play a pivotal part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our human resources function. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with robust analytical skills and for process optimization.
As an integral member of our team, you will contribute to creating a seamless employee experience while ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate employee data within HR systems, Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders on demand, Ensure data is up-to-date and reflective of performance and organizational changes.
Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Payroll, Legal, and site managers) to ensure alignment in HR operations.
Act as the focal point for Workday-related HR processes, ensuring system integrity and collaboration with relevant teams.
Serve as the main point of contact for global benefits, collaborating with the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) global team to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports for management, supporting strategic decision-making and business planning.
Lead or support HR projects, including global initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements: Qualifications and Skills:
Relevant Bachelor's degree.
2+ years of experience in HR operations and systems.
Proficiency in Workday as HR system Must.
Experience working in global organizations.
Data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel.
Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with global HR practices and benefits.
