Role Overview:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solutions Architect at FalkorDB. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with clients, understanding their unique needs, and designing tailored solutions that leverage graph databases and RAG for GenAI.
You will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business requirements, demonstrating the value of our solutions to prospective clients.
This position combines solution architecture, consulting, software development, integration, and business process expertise.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and present tailored technical solutions.
Design and present compelling use cases and architectures for graph database implementations and RAG-based GenAI systems.
Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and demos to showcase the value and capabilities of our technologies.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients through the adoption and implementation of our solutions.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in graph databases, GenAI, and RAG technologies.
Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to refine solutions based on client feedback.
Prepare and deliver technical documentation, whitepapers, and presentations as needed.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions to gather requirements and ensure successful solution delivery.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar role in the technology sector.
Hands-on experience with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, FalkorDB, or similar) and familiarity with RAG methodologies for GenAI.
Strong technical background in data architecture, Machine Learning, and/or software development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
