We are seeking an experienced and Controller to oversee financial operations and reporting for a group of international companies across multiple regions . This role will play a key part in financial reporting and control, team leadership, and driving business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, leadership experience, and a proven ability to manage financial operations in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a finance team in Israel and abroad.
* Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and variance of reports.
* Manage relationships and communication with external partners, including auditors and banks.
* Support financial operations across multiple business units and global locations.
* Conduct ongoing controls over bookkeeping for affiliated companies in over 10 countries.
* Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Optimize cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.
* Implement best practices in financial reporting and internal controls.
* Drive automation and efficiency improvements in financial processes.
* Work closely with senior leadership to support decision-making.
Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting- a must.
* Big 4 experience with 2-5 years of experience in financial controlling.
* Experience with managing a team of 3-5 employees - a must.
* Experience of managing remote employees - an advantage
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
* Experience with an ERP system (Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
* Conduct ongoing controls over bookkeeping for companies.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and great communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
* Strong goal-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* English- mother tongue level
