You will be responsible for ensuring the final product before it is released meets the company's standards of quality in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, and usability. You will direct the QA team and establish QA standards and procedures to ensure high-quality products.

What you will be doing:
To develop and implement comprehensive QA plans and strategies.
To manage and mentor a team of QC operators to ensure consistency and best practices.
To develop and execute test automation scripts using industry-standard tools.
To provide regular updates on project status and QA metrics to stakeholders.
To implementing a quality system that realizes and enforces the Company's goals, strategy, and policy.
To initiate the crossline improvement programs using advanced quality techniques and tools to adapt the products to the customer's requirements and to industry standards.
To assists in ISO-9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, VDA 6.3 and internal audits.
To support and interact with customers through complaint investigations, resolution, and trending, using quality tools implementation including 8D, 5Whys, Fishbone diagram, Fault tree diagram.
To track quality assurance metrics.
To track corrective actions and verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions.
To manage a quality control system in production lines (QC).
To develop and guide the QC team and excellence in their position.
To create and on-going maintenance of QC stations specification.
Requirements: Engineering education.
High level English (reading, writing, speaking) Mandatory.
Knowledge of, experience with, or certifications in the following standards: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, VDA 6.3, relevant IEC norms, Lean/Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Minitab - Advantage
Other skills (management courses, technical courses, technical knowledge of the production processes, problem solving, IATF core tools) Advantage.
High Knowledge of OFFICE software.
