We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Integration and Testing team leader to join our cutting-edge satellite development program. This role involves leading the integration and testing processes for advanced electro-optical satellite systems, ensuring the seamless operation of critical subsystems in both space and ground segments. Responsibilities:
1.Space Segment Integration and Testing:
* Lead the integration and verification of subsystems, including cameras, on-board computers, payload processors, transmitters, and more.
* Conduct functional and performance testing across diverse domains: software, optics, mechanics, thermal, and RF. 2.Ground-Space Segment Integration and Testing:
* Ensure the compatibility and functionality of space transmitters with ground modems.
* Manage software module integration between spaceborne and ground-based systems. 3.Team Management:
* Supervise a team of experienced engineers, ensuring effective task allocation, adherence to deadlines, and technical excellence.
* Foster a collaborative and professional working environment. 4.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with development and other internal stakeholders, including international customers and suppliers.
Requirements: 1.Technical Expertise:
* Bachelors degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of proven experience in the integration and testing of complex systems, preferably in the space domain.
* Practical experience in diverse technological fields, such as software, optics, and RF. 2.Hands-On Experience:
* Demonstrated ability to work directly in clean-room environments, including hands-on troubleshooting and system validation. 3.Leadership Skills:
* Proven experience in managing technical teams, driving processes, and solving complex challenges in dynamic environments. 4.Teamwork and Communication:
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-disciplinary teams.
* Proficiency in verbal and written English.
