About the Role:
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Import/Export Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Tel Aviv.
This role involves managing the end-to-end import and export process, focusing on sea and air freight for international retail stores and networks.
Responsibilities:
Handle all import/export shipments for B2B and B2C, retail stores and chains abroad, including sea and air freight.
Open and track purchase orders with suppliers and customers, managing all related documentation.
Verify invoices, quantities, and pricing for accuracy.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties.
Maintain accurate inventory records for hundreds of SKUs.
Ensure compliance with international product standards and regulations. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience in import/export logistics coordination. Extensive experience managing inventory with hundreds of different SKUs. Proven experience working with international suppliers and customers. Strong understanding of international product standards and regulations. Experience with SAP / ERP systems.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
Immediate availability is preferred.
