Bulls Media is seeking a dynamic Junior Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with clients and internal teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. With a focus on achieving client satisfaction and driving business growth, the Junior Business Development will play a key role in the success of our media campaigns. Responsibilities:
* Exploring new opportunities and Hunt for new partners in different regions.
* Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and communications.
* Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of all projects and services.
* Analyze account performance and provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients, showcasing campaign performance and future strategies.
* Identify potential upsell opportunities and contribute to the growth of the client accounts.
* Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Advantage
* Up to 2 years of experience in account management or a related role, preferably in the media industry.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Ability to analyze data and derive insights to inform client strategies.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations.
