Product-Led Growth (PLG) is one of the most strategic pillars in future, and we are looking for a talented, hands-on Growth Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and data analysis to join our Reviews Product team.
Your primary responsibility as the Growth Manager is to manage revenue targets, PQLs, and product KPIs for our Self-Service Reviews product. You will work collaboratively across teams and lead PLG initiatives that positively impact our growth metricsacquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and PQLs. You will partner closely with PMM, CS, Product, and Marketing teams to create compelling experiences and meaningful interactions that enhance customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and increase customer lifetime value.
The ideal candidate has experience in driving customer communication, conversion and funnel optimization, and shaping user experiences to drive desired behaviors, along with strong analytical skills in a SaaS/tech environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Own revenue targets and main product KPIs, continually monitor and optimize ongoing product funnels, and determine next steps.
Build and manage a robust growth program focused on improving key PLG metricsacquisition, activation, feature adoption, retention, and revenue.
Manage customer communication channels such as email marketing, in-app messaging, newsletters, and community management to keep customers engaged and informed.
Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to communicate and drive adoption of new features and product initiatives.
Improve conversion of free users to paid customers and multi-product adoption from other offerings.
Build, map, track, and optimize customer journeys with empathy and precision.
Create impactful knowledge programs and resources such as guides, walkthroughs (Appcues), emails (Customer.io), videos, webinars, and more to inspire activation, usage, and retention metrics.
Requirements: 3+ years of proven experience in Product Management, Growth, or Growth Marketing roles.
Experience working closely with product, marketing, operations, and design teams, and translating business strategy into actionable plans for all cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and hands-on, with a proactive attitude and an entrepreneurial spiritdo whatever it takes. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work autonomously.
Empathy for end users and a strong UX sense, with a track record of understanding whats best for users while balancing business objectives.
Passion for analytics and a strong ability to apply it to drive strategic business decisions. Experience with a freemium business model and fluency with related metrics (activation, conversion, retention, churn, cohorts, etc.).
Exceptional people skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Very good written and spoken English skills.
Experience with Growth Toolsproduct analytics (Amplitude, Fullstory), in-app messaging (Appcues, Intercom), email marketing (Customer.io, Intercom), and a willingness to adapt to new technologies is an advantage.
Experience in SaaS/B2B/eCommerce is a plus.
