Key Responsibilities:
1. Resource Development Fundraising:
- Research and identify funding sources (foundations, corporations, government).
- Build relationships with potential donors and partners.
2. Grant Writing Proposals:
- Prepare Letters of Interest (LOIs) and grant applications in Hebrew and English.
- Gather necessary data and research to support applications.
3. Reporting Follow-Up:
- Provide regular updates to funding partners and ensure timely submission of reports and budgets.
4. Expertise in Government Proposals:
- Manage applications for government tenders and grants, from initiation to reporting.
5. Administrative Support:
- Ensure compliance with foundation tasks, including reports, budgets, and documentation.
Requirements: Required Skills and Experience
Familiarity and experience with social programs, non-profits, and philanthropic foundations.
Strong research skills for identifying philanthropic foundations, corporate funding opportunities, and financial sources in Israel and abroad.
High-level academic writing skills in both Hebrew and English.
Proven experience in grant writing for foundations.
Background in donor relations development, both locally and internationally.
Proficiency in digital environments, including Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
Advantage: Experience responding to government calls for proposals and tenders in Hebrew and English.
