The Prisma Cloud Application Security (CAS) product is responsible for securing the development ecosystem from code to deployment We scan everything : IaC, proprietary code, open sources, VCS , pipelines and more. This is being composed into application risk and major part of the code to cloud offering of Prisma cloud.The product identifies problems, facilitates "shift left" operations, and helps our customers remediate them.
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who can lead beta programs with our customers, train and present customers with our features and products, and collect their feedback to help application security and developers build more secure cloud applications.
Your Impact:
Work with a highly technical team of Technical Product Engineers on a wide variety of tasks.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, product marketing, customers, partners, and additional teams to promote and bring innovation.
Facilitate communication between customers and product teams to ensure customer needs are considered in product development.
Coordinate and lead ambitious projects in a multi-functional capacity with other teams.
Work closely with Product Managers and provide direct product feedback for future development.
Mentor team members in their career development.
Develop best practices around Application Security trends.
Produce highly visible demonstrations of content to showcase product capabilities for internal and external audiences.
Create highquality integration guides for customers
Lead beta programs involve overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of the beta testing process for our products
Act as a technical representative involved in product installations, setting up internal labs for demos, and testing new releases
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience with technical teams such as Systems Engineers, Solution Architects, Development Teams, or TMEs.
At least 4 years of experience with cybersecurity products, including hands-on experience in integration and operation.
Experience in working with Product Management.
Familiarity with a wide view of today's security landscape - Experience with Application Security products would be a plus.
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD technologies, including its integration, configuration, and operation.
Experience managing cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Experience in project management and supporting large enterprise environments.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills with strong presentation abilities.
A team player who creatively and effectively solves complex issues and establishes best practices proactively.
Ability to inspire teams, colleagues, and executives - paired with an ability to execute.
Strong work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills.
Ability to present to CISO or higherlevel executives and lead thought discussions.
Experience in software development is a bonus.
