As an R&D Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and executing research and development projects that include new products, materials, processes, and equipment in compliance with the corporate development procedure and production buy off.

What will you do:
Lead and execute research and development projects that include new products, materials, processes, and equipment in compliance with the corporate development procedure and production buy off.
Be responsible for product architecture, delivering pragmatic solutions in projects involving multiple internal and external teams and suppliers.
Lead product and process design improvement, based on deep understanding of resistors' performance, related physical characteristics, failure modes and production environment.
Support other departments, especially Marketing, Quality and Engineering with professional assistance, problem solving techniques and innovative solutions.
Mentor and train any relevant function in the organization in the domain of thick film resistor technology, aware of competitor positioning and technology strengths and weaknesses.
Represent our technical expertise in the field of thick film resistors externally on conferences, at the customers and suppliers.
Requirements: Proven experience as a project manager, familiar with project and risk management techniques, DoE planning and able to prepare and deliver reporting and presentations adjusted to the audience.
Proven experience as an engineer in an industrial-oriented environment and an academic background in material engineering physics.
Ability to work well in a team environment, under pressure & with multiple tasks both as a leader and a member and able to facilitates transparent decision process across different management and engineering levels.
Ability to acquire data with clear recommendations and conclusions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and English verbal and written.
