We are seeking a skilled Python software engineer to join its expanding R&D team.

The company specializes in utilizing AI and big data to analyze electronic components during the assembly process to identify faulty and counterfeit components.

Responsibilities:
In this development role, you will be working in a constantly evolving and dynamic environment. You will maintain and take ownership of key tools and processes. You will optimize applications for improved performance and scalability. You will work in a highly dynamic and evolving environment, collaborating with other teams to integrate logic seamlessly.

As the sole Bookkeeper, you will independently manage all accounting functions, including processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This is a 'one-man show' role, requiring a proactive, self-sufficient approach to handling all financial tasks within the company.

What Youll Do:
Handle and record AP invoices for local and foreign vendors, vendor reconciliation, communication with procurement and budget owners, record invoices against POs.
Responsibility for local regulatory submissions to tax authorities in Israel on a monthly and annual basis.
Ensure proper documentation for all invoices, purchase orders, payments, etc. incl. their appropriate approvals.
Assist in monthly closing routines (accruals, bank reconciliations, prepaid, invoices, open PO analysis, etc.).
Conduct ongoing BS accounts reconciliations including closing entries and cut-off accounts.
Maintain Fixed Assets records of the company.
Payment cycles preparation.
Prepare materials and reports for monthly closings and quarterly external audit.
Credit card reconciliation.
Ensure accurate financial records, including general ledgers, journal entries, payables, receivables, and fixed assets.

As a Salesforce Delivery manager in Novidea, you will be responsible for managing and leading the implementation and development teams and taking active part in customer management and all delivery process

Take ownership of the products and deliverables produced by the delivery team.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to define project requirements and ensure successful delivery.
Maintain a high level of technical knowledge in our company, Salesforce and related technologies.
Participate in project steering committees and ceremonies to represent the teams and region.
Encourage continuous learning and stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, best practices and our products and roadmap.
Take ownership of the products and deliverables produced by the Salesforce delivery team for both our product implementation and local build.
