Head of Programs and Business Development
What does it take to be a Head of Programs and Business Development in Elbit C4I Cyber?
Lead and manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects
Expand the customer base and drive business growth through the identification and development of new opportunities
Meet business targets by strategically aligning programs with business goals and ensuring successful delivery
Maintain and foster long-term customer relationships throughout their ongoing business journey with Elbit, from the Presale stage onward
Manage multi-project delivery within controlled scope, timeline, budget, and quality KPIs
Oversee multi-disciplinary inbound interfaces across sales, product, R D, customer support, finance, and other relevant teams
Requirements: Relevant B.Sc. in Engineering/Management
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing teams and leading large-scale technological projects, with emphasis on the development and delivery of complex systems
Proven ability to manage system -of-systems programs/projects with a focus on technical systems development, delivery, logistics, and budget management
Experience in business development and marketing processes, especially in international markets, with the ability to generate new leads and relationships
Strong ability to create, write, and present technical documents and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and guide people in a multi-dimensional, matrix-based organization
Excellent English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and presenting). Other languages an advantage
