We are looking for a creative and versatile Creative Marketing Designer to join our Marketing team. As a Creative Marketing Designer you will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our design and creative output, ensuring the design and creative deliverables are aligned with stakeholder expectations and executed within budget and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and producing marketing materials that will help to promote our brand.
Take a lead role in managing the design and creative elements of projects and be point of contact for brand partnerships and creative projects.
Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand and proposition strategy.
Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals.
Influence, develop and update our brand identity, in keeping with our standards. Elevate the brand and have us stand out in a busy market place.
Create and design marketing materials such as digital campaign banners, social media graphics, website pages and animations.
Develop creative assets for physical events, including trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events & activities.
Create and edit video materials for social media and internal branding.
Work collaboratively with Demand Generation, Content, Product Marketing and other stakeholders to gather information, clarify goals, and generate creative and effective design solutions.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing materials are cutting-edge and effective.
Build out and maintain design systems & brand book.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in marketing design in a SAAS B2B company.
A strong online design portfolio consisting of web-based marketing campaigns and strong graphic principles.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and other design tools.
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of online and offline design work.
Experience in video editing & After Effects experience An advantage.
A strong working knowledge of online and offline design, brand development and the creative process.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent English communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Positive attitude with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of whats best for the team.
Bachelors degree in graphic design or a related field ideally in the Hi-Tech space.
