Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented PA to CEO & HR Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role combines executive-level support to the CEO with hands-on involvement in HR activities, including administrative assistance and employee well-being initiatives. Key Responsibilities: PA to CEO:
* Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
* Prepare presentations, reports, and professional correspondence.
* Organize and support internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth logistics.
* Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and prioritize tasks effectively. HR Support:
* Provide administrative support to the HR department (document management, scheduling, data entry, etc.).
* Assist in recruitment coordination: job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Help plan and execute employee well-being and engagement initiatives (e.g., company events, gifts, recognition programs).
Requirements: Requirements:
* Previous experience as a PA or in an HR support role ideally both.
* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
* Fluent in English; Hebrew an advantage.
* High level of discretion and professionalism.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with HR systems a plus.
