The mission of a Customer Success Manager is to establish a trusting relationship with our SMB and enterprise-level customers. You will manage the entire post-sale customer lifecycle, from managing the product implementation & customer onboarding to providing value throughout the relationship with the customer until their contract renewal.

Work Days: Monday-Friday

Manage the implementation (onboarding and product training) of new customers, and overall responsibility for ongoing customer health, growth, and satisfaction.
Establish and develop strategic trusted advisor relationships at the highest relevant levels (Decision Makers, Champions, Economic Buyers), by providing the customer with best practices on how to use the platform to manage third-party security risk and exceed their goals.
Represent the voice of the customer and be part of the product development roadmap.

We are looking for a creative and versatile Creative Marketing Designer to join our Marketing team. As a Creative Marketing Designer you will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our design and creative output, ensuring the design and creative deliverables are aligned with stakeholder expectations and executed within budget and deadlines. Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing materials are cutting-edge and effective.
Build out and maintain design systems & brand book.

This role covers the full scope of online and offline events, including industry conferences, webinars, executive roundtables, and customer meetups. Youll take ownership of planning and execution while ensuring every event is aligned with business goals and delivers clear value.

*This is a hybrid position based in Tel Aviv, with occasional travel to industry events across EMEA and the US.

Plan, manage, and execute global field marketing programs, including industry trade shows, executive dinners, partner events, customer gatherings, and webinars.
Build integrated multi-channel campaigns around each event to maximize engagement and funnel impact.
Collaborate with Sales and regional leaders to align event strategy with business objectives and pipeline goals.
Manage all event logistics: vendor coordination, giveaways, promotional materials, branding, and budgets.
Work closely with the marketing team to amplify content and extend event impact pre-, during, and post-event.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with development teams to integrate security controls into the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
