Required Production Project Manager
Job description:
Our Project Manager/Producer is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of production projects.
The production's main goal is to create raw materials for videos & designs.
This role ensures the delivery of high-quality outputs that align with our vision and brand DNA. The Project Manager/Producer acts as the central hub for communication and collaboration between teams & external factors, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Project Management
Oversee the full lifecycle of video production projects, from conception to final delivery.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses to avoid overruns.
Team Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact between creative teams, marketing departments, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate clear communication to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress to ensure smooth execution.
Creative Oversight
Work closely with the Video Editor and other team members to ensure projects align with our creative vision and brand standards.
Review scripts, storyboards, and drafts to ensure they meet project objectives and provide actionable feedback.
Research and Preparation
Conduct preliminary research on the subject matter of each project to guide the team effectively.
Ensure all team members have the necessary information and context to deliver professional and polished work.
Marketing Collaboration
Partner with the Marketing team to translate their objectives into compelling video projects.
Understand marketing goals and incorporate them into the production process effectively.
Risk and Issue Management
Identify potential risks and challenges in projects and develop contingency plans.
Resolve issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
Equipment and Resource Management
Oversee the maintenance and organization of production equipment and resources.
Ensure the green room and related areas are tidy and functional, and that all equipment is safely stored and utilized.
Process Improvement
Continuously seek ways to enhance project workflows and production processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement new tools, techniques, and practices to improve efficiency.
Requirements: Project Management Expertise
Proven experience managing complex video production or creative projects from start to finish.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration across teams.
Ability to convey feedback clearly and effectively to drive improvements.
Creative Understanding
Familiarity with video production processes, including pre-production, filming, editing, and final delivery.
A keen eye for creative quality and storytelling.
Technical Proficiency
Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar).
Basic knowledge of video editing software and production tools is a plus.
